About the Role:
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Directing Sales Supervisors and communicating sales targets.
  • Conducting coaching sessions focused on performance improvement.
  • Managing cost-effectiveness and driving sales performance in your areas.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to increase sales turnover.
  • Maintaining strong customer relations and addressing complaints promptly.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A College Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
  • 3 years of experience in a managerial position within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in budget preparation and planning.
  • A good understanding of accounts interpretation.
  • Proficient team management skills and ability to analyze and interpret data.

Are you a motivated and organized professional with a robust background in sales management? Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- +7 years of sales experience in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs) Pharmacy Channel.
