Soudal, the largest independent producer of mastics, adhesives and PU foams in Europe, is seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Representative based in Dammam. Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and expand the customer database in the region.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with target companies, particularly in the aluminium and glass industries.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations to potential clients.
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to deal closure and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Submit periodic activity, client, and competitor reports to the Sales Manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, and Customer Service to support effective operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a preference for experience in aluminium and glass companies.
• Arab nationality is required, living in the Dammam area.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Possession of a valid Saudi or international driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, conversational).
