Role Overview

The Academic Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the academic department at Digital Culture Schools. Based in Riyadh, this full-time position is central to ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and optimal learning outcomes across all programs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the academic direction and maintaining educational standards within the school. This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in an academic leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the academic department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning standards are consistently met.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate teachers to support their professional development and performance.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and assess academic performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive academic plans, effective assessment methods, and innovative instructional strategies.
• Support initiatives related to accreditation, quality assurance, and overall school improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with school leadership, staff, students, and parents to foster a cohesive educational community.

Required Qualifications
