About the Role

TIBBIYAH is seeking an Acceptance Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to project delivery, focusing on ensuring the successful acceptance of projects from the initial order creation through to customer handover and transition to the Customer Support Department.

Role Overview

The Acceptance Engineer will manage the entire project acceptance lifecycle, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project milestones are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. This involves meticulous tracking, reporting, and verification of project components.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, including Sales, Product Managers, Project Managers, and the Operations Team, for project order creation.
Manage the project order process from its inception until the final handover to the customer, engaging with all related departments and stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate project handover meetings, ensuring outcomes are clearly communicated to all concerned parties.
Follow up with stakeholders to prepare and publish weekly delivery reports.
Track equipment and materials prior to shipping, verifying their compliance with project specifications and standards.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active engagement and coordination across multiple departments to ensure seamless project transitions.
