Accountant Full Cycle Accounting

About the Role

Impact Arabia is seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and support the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an individual who can work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders. The role focuses on full-cycle accounting within the Saudi accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounting and daily journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Follow up on customer collections and supplier balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
• Prepare monthly closing procedures and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Manage VAT, ZATCA requirements, and ensure e-invoicing compliance.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Monitor expenses, petty cash, advances, and accruals.
• Prepare customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and management reporting.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
• Support external auditors and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records within ERP/accounting systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi accounting environment.
• Ability to work closely with management, suppliers, customers, and operations teams.
• Experience in trading, building materials, distribution, contracting, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP is an advantage.
• Exposure to internal controls and audit support is desirable.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 4,500 to SAR 6,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
