About the Role

ترف للتطوير والاستثمار العقاري is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join its financial team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining accurate and efficient accounting records and providing transparent financial reports that support strategic decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven experience in the accounting field.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and record all daily financial transactions, ensuring their accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage payments and receipts, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Reconcile accounting entries with bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare Value Added Tax (VAT) and other tax reports in compliance with local regulations.
• Review and prepare budget reports, actively monitoring expenses against allocated budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, providing all necessary documentation and support.
• Assist in bank reconciliation procedures and internal auditing processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and financial controls within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of proven work experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of both local and international accounting standards.

Required Skills and Competencies

• High proficiency in accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work with precision and meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to professional confidentiality.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate complex financial data into actionable reports and practical recommendations.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Ability to manage work pressure and multiple commitments efficiently.
