About AREEB and the Role

AREEB is seeking a dedicated Admin Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to overseeing daily office operations, supervising the administration team, and ensuring the provision of smooth and efficient administrative support across the company.

Role Purpose

The Admin Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our administrative functions. This involves leading a team to deliver high-quality support, managing resources effectively, and ensuring adherence to established company policies and procedures to facilitate seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative operations and office activities.
• Manage and support the administration team, fostering a productive work environment.
• Oversee office supplies, facilities management, and coordination with vendors.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
• Coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, and provide general office support.
• Prepare comprehensive administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
• Provide essential administrative support to other departments as required.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity, ideally with prior supervisory responsibilities. A proven track record in managing office operations and leading a team is highly valued.
