The Role of AI Business Analyst

Nabeh is seeking an AI Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between enterprise business needs and AI implementations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves leading requirements elicitation, analyzing business processes, and translating client needs into actionable AI specifications. The AI Business Analyst will ensure alignment among stakeholders, AI engineering teams, and QA throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead requirements-gathering workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executive leadership.
• Draft, review, and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and functional and non-functional specifications.
• Translate business goals into epics, use cases, user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track scope, dependencies, gaps, and change requests.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Solution Architects to assess technical feasibility, model constraints, data availability, and system integration requirements.
• Define business rules, data requirements, expected model outputs, KPIs, and operational success criteria for AI initiatives, including accuracy thresholds, processing time, and ROI.
• Review UI/UX designs to ensure wireframes align with functional requirements, and coordinate with QA teams on test planning and scenario validation.
• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, support clients during test execution, resolve requirement discrepancies, and obtain formal project sign-offs.
• Manage end-to-end requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including gap analysis, validation, and change management.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
