About the Role

Systems Limited is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to join their team in Riyadh, Al Saudia, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires extensive experience in technology and solutions consulting, with a focus on AI/ML or data projects. The strategist will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring successful deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess client data, systems, and AI readiness.
• Translate business requirements into structured, buildable use cases.
• Define success criteria and evaluation methodologies for proposed solutions prior to development.
• Draft the technical narrative for proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), including architecture summaries, risk framing, and delivery approaches.
• Evaluate technical compliance requirements such as data residency, security, and regulatory standards during scoping.
• Collaborate with Field CTOs and Solution Architects to validate that scope is technically feasible within budget and timeline constraints.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships during the pursuit phase, allowing technical staff to focus on solution development.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops involving both client business and technical functions.
• Maintain qualification and pursuit trackers for the Head of Presales & Solutioning.
• Frame change management strategies for proposed solutions, outlining how client organizations will need to adapt.
• Lead or co-lead client oral presentations, translating technical scope into business cases for executive approval.

Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately 15-20 years of experience in technology or solutions consulting, with significant exposure to AI/ML or data projects.
• Sufficient technical grounding to engage in credible architecture discussions, beyond simply relaying requirements.
• Proficiency in structured discovery methodologies, including design thinking, use-case prioritization, and jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
• Working understanding of technical compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI, such as data residency, the EU AI Act, and sector-specific rules.
• Familiarity with major cloud AI platforms for scoping conversations, including Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI. Awareness of open-source alternatives is beneficial.
• Understanding of delivery methodologies to scope realistic Proof-of-Concept (PoC) to production paths.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear written communications for executive audiences.

Required Skills

• Comfortable leading structured workshops under time pressure with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and active-listening skills to identify underlying problems.
• Executive-ready presentation skills for client oral defense sessions.
• Diplomatic approach under pressure, particularly in managing scope-creep discussions without compromising client relationships.

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by proposal/SOW cycle time and quality (fewer redlines), client satisfaction during the pursuit phase (independent of win/loss outcomes), and scope accuracy at handover to delivery.
