About the Role

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing specialized AI domain expertise across various organizational segments.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all communication content related to AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and agentic AI is technically accurate, responsible, and credible. The SME will also play a key role in supporting AI product launch communications and AI literacy measures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the authoritative expert on AI, GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning concepts for all program content.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI-domain content, including AI product launches, responsible/ethical AI, and safe-use messaging.
• Advise on AI-literacy modules and awareness measures, and co-design related survey and assessment items.
• Support executive briefings and AI-product-launch communications by ensuring subject-matter credibility.
• Guide the Communications team on responsible-AI messaging, covering aspects such as bias, hallucination, and privacy-conscious usage.
• Interpret AI-adoption signals in collaboration with the Adoption Analyst and recommend content or intervention adjustments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7-11 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or applied AI, with recent exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI.
• Experience in advising or enabling AI adoption within an enterprise setting is preferred.
• Awareness of responsible-AI and AI-governance practices.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and agentic AI concepts, along with machine learning fundamentals.
• Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI principles, AI product adoption strategies, and safe-use practices.
• Proficiency in designing AI-literacy content and awareness measures.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences and provide effective stakeholder advisory.
