Architect Design Engineer (Saudi National)

Key Responsibilities

• Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by the Design Builder.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project and client requirements.
• Review construction specifications and detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
• Interface with suppliers as required.
• Coordinate work with engineering and construction units at the project site.
• Review and approve detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
• Provide technical guidance to Architectural Designers and CAD Operators working on the same project.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet all essential criteria, including:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Saudi National status.
