About the Opportunity

Imploy Egypt is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to major residential and commercial projects within the region.

Role Summary

The Senior Architectural Engineer will be responsible for overseeing architectural works across various project phases. This position requires strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary consultants and the ability to manage architectural teams effectively, ensuring project adherence to established standards and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants.
• Manage and guide architectural teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Support contractor evaluation processes and material selection.
• Ensure strict compliance with project standards and the Saudi Building Code.
• Follow up on necessary permits, approvals, and general project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with major residential or commercial projects is preferred.
• Previous experience working with a consulting firm is preferred.
• Possession of a Saudi driving license and personal vehicle is preferred.
