About the Role

Jobskey is seeking an experienced Architectural Technical Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the technical integrity and compliance of architectural designs throughout project lifecycles.

Role Overview

The Architectural Technical Engineer will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and coordinating architectural documentation. This includes ensuring designs meet project standards, aligning with BIM models, and supporting procurement and project handover processes.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural design drawings, finishes, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with established project design standards.
Prepare and coordinate architectural shop drawings, verifying their adherence to the approved design intent, the BIM-coordinated model, and existing site conditions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive As-Built drawings for all architectural works, essential for record-keeping and project handover.
Prepare and verify Bill of Quantity (BOQ) take-offs for architectural and finishing works to support procurement activities, tendering processes, and the evaluation of variations or change orders.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural technical engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work with architectural design documentation and project standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires collaboration with various project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
