About Kormotech and the Role

Kormotech is an international company focused on transforming the pet care industry. To support rapid growth in the Middle East, North Africa & Turkey (MENAT) region, the company is seeking an Area Export Manager | MENAT. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a hands-on commercial expert with deep knowledge of MENAT distributor networks, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in FMCG export sales. The role is critical for expanding Kormotech's presence and market share in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and systematically grow business across assigned MENA markets.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage day-to-day business relationships with local distributors and key accounts.
• Expand the distribution network, coordinate product launches, and ensure strong shelf and market presence.
• Monitor market dynamics, sales results, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Solid experience of 5-10 years in export sales and business development within the MENAT region.
• Experience in FMCG, pet food, or related industries is essential.
• Deep understanding of distributor-based business models and route-to-market strategies.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proven analytical and execution skills, with the ability to translate plans into sales results.
• A proactive and self-driven approach to identifying new opportunities and closing deals.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

• Practical experience launching new products or expanding distribution networks in the MENAT region.
• Knowledge of the Pet Food or FMCG market dynamics specific to MENAT.
