About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an Assistant Manager Engineering Solutions BIM to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is central to developing and implementing solution architecture components for the company's development business systems, including Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, and Digital Twin platforms.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Assistant Manager Engineering Solutions BIM is responsible for ensuring that business and technology requirements are effectively translated into scalable, interoperable, and reliable technical solutions. This role supports efficient project delivery and operational consistency across various development systems, encompassing Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration models aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and implementable technical solutions.
• Execute solution implementation activities including configuration, deployment, testing, migration, and go-live support.
• Support systems integration and ensure reliable interoperability and data flow across platforms.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts.
• Validate implemented solutions against approved architecture, governance, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and integration issues.
• Monitor system performance, support enhancement initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational readiness and handover activities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to development systems and enterprise platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, and systems integration.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Experience working with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, or related development business systems.
• Experience within large-scale organizations, smart cities, giga-projects, real estate, engineering, or entertainment industries.
• Previous experience with consulting firms or enterprise technology delivery environments.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, cloud platforms, or solution architecture.
