About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on guest experience and operational efficiency. The Assistant Restaurant Manager contributes to maintaining service standards and team development within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, cost management, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
Support revenue initiatives by helping to implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure adherence to service standards and operational excellence.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.

Qualifications and Experience
