About the Role

Role Overview

The Associate Business Manager will be responsible for managing channel partners, fostering growth in SME accounts, and driving business development initiatives across the region. This involves strategic engagement with partners and a focus on customer experience within the IT sales sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and establish high-potential partners, working closely with them to position products as preferred selling options.
Ensure a positive customer experience for all clients.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and implement organizational programs and policies with partners.
Plan and execute lead generation activities and events with partners to acquire new customers.
Establish a periodic review cadence with partners to monitor performance and progress.
Maintain a complete understanding of partner's business operations and customer profiles.
Publish work-related updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Track and gather information on competitors and their market activities.
Stay informed about market trends and dynamics within the operating segment.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically within IT sales.
Demonstrated experience in developing B2B business and handling SME or mid-size accounts.
Proven ability to manage channel partners effectively.
