About the Role

TRACCS is seeking an Associate Communications Director to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing client portfolios and fostering team development within a dynamic communications environment.

Role Context and Purpose

This is a transitional senior communications position responsible for the performance of an assigned client portfolio team. The role requires close collaboration with the team to develop their skills and expertise. Additionally, the Associate Communications Director will work with Senior Directors and Management to develop new business for the company and support the ongoing enhancement of communications systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultancy to clients.
• Regulate workflow and ensure quality control, ensuring accounts operate to the highest standards and practices.
• Ensure deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
• Supervise and lead a team.
• Troubleshoot issues as required.
• Meet with clients regularly to monitor progress on accounts and keep work on track.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior managerial position within the communications profession, with a proven track record of successfully running multiple accounts.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team, delivering a range of high-quality services consistently to clients across multiple sectors.
• Ability to develop communications strategies for clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication and research skills.
• Working knowledge of the entire new business development process, from briefing to completion, submission, and delivery.
• Mature decision-making and leadership skills, coupled with a sense of diplomacy.
• Ability to earn the trust of staff and clients.
• Necessary temperament and expertise to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Senior Communications Director.
