About NTU International and the Project

NTU International is currently preparing a proposal for the "Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf" project. This initiative aims to enhance the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives, and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf region.

The Role of Audio Visual Producer / Editor

We are seeking an Audio Visual Producer / Editor to join our pool of qualified Non-Key Experts for this project. This part-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will provide essential communication support to DG MENA, contributing to the planning, development, and implementation of daily communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and edit high-quality audio-visual content for communication campaigns and institutional outreach.
• Produce videos tailored for social media, websites, events, and other digital communication channels.
• Edit interviews, documentaries, promotional videos, and various short-form multimedia content.
• Coordinate filming, post-production, and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards.
• Develop motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects as required to enhance content.
• Collaborate closely with communication specialists, campaign managers, and graphic designers for coherent visual storytelling.
• Ensure all audio-visual products adhere to EU branding, accessibility, and communication guidelines.
• Support the production of multimedia content for events, press activities, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audio-visual production and editing, demonstrated through 5-10 years of professional experience. Proficiency in video editing software, motion graphics, and an understanding of digital communication strategies are essential. Experience working within international or governmental communication frameworks, particularly those related to EU policies, will be considered an advantage.

Work Arrangement and Project Duration

This is a part-time position, mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis throughout the project's implementation phase, which is anticipated to last 36 months. The role requires presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support project activities as needed.
