Role Overview

As a Graduate Automated Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The role involves rotational day and night shifts, focusing on the continuous monitoring and maintenance of live mobile networks. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live mobile networks 24/7, identify incidents, and support timely resolution to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate and execute first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to maintain service availability and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders using operational systems and tools.
• Investigate network incidents through trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults to identify potential issues early.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions that address evolving customer requirements.
