Banking & Treasury Specialist

About the Role

Alqotr is seeking a Banking & Treasury Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for the comprehensive management and monitoring of banking facilities and transactions, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient utilization of financial resources. The specialist will also play a key role in managing banking relationships and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor bank balances and accounts to maintain adequate liquidity.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow and liquidity forecasts and reports.
• Manage working capital, payments, and collections processes.
• Oversee and monitor credit facilities and banking limits.
• Follow up on Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
• Supervise bank transfers and banking transactions, ensuring proper reconciliation.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate fees, terms, and banking facilities.
• Monitor banking service and transaction costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor financial risks and support hedging strategies as required.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal financial policies, and AML requirements.
• Prepare liquidity and cash flow reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with the Accounting department and other relevant teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in banking, credit facilities, and liquidity management.

Required Skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial policies.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on critical banking and treasury operations within Alqotr.
