About the Opportunity

Creative Hospitality is expanding its team at an award-winning fine-dining destination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Bar Supervisor to join our full-time team. This role is central to leading our bar operations and enhancing the overall guest experience within a luxury hospitality setting.

Role Overview

The Bar Supervisor will lead the bar team, ensuring efficient service and a high standard of guest interaction. This position requires a professional who is presentable, engaging, and capable of hands-on leadership. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to creating memorable moments for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the bar team to ensure high performance.
Engage with guests on the floor, contributing to a positive and memorable experience.
Maintain an organized, guest-ready, and high-performing bar area.
Anticipate the needs of both guests and the team during service.
Work efficiently and professionally under pressure, particularly during peak hours.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience as a Bar Supervisor, Bartender, or in bar management is preferred.
A presentable appearance combined with a strong, charming, charismatic, and confident personality.
Demonstrated passion for interacting with guests and enhancing their experience.
Proven ability to lead a team with a hands-on, team-first, and lead-by-example approach.
High level of reliability, professionalism, and ownership in all tasks.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
