Role Summary: Bartender (Tonic Bar)

The Bartender at Tonic Bar is responsible for preparing and serving a range of high-quality non-alcoholic beverages. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive guest experience within the Tonic outlet. The Bartender ensures that all beverages meet established presentation and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including signature mocktails, specialty tonics, fresh juices, smoothies, and other refreshments.
• Adhere to established recipes and presentation standards for all beverages.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Utilize product knowledge and creativity to enhance the guest experience.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, within the Food & Beverage department, specifically at the Tonic outlet of the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. The hotel operates within a dynamic environment, offering diverse culinary and wellness facilities to its guests.
