About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Bell Captain to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading a team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest.

Role Overview

The Bell Captain is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to guest services, specifically focusing on luggage handling and guest assistance. The position requires a leader who can deliver memorable experiences and uphold the hotel's standards of service, spreading the warmth of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, providing assistance with luggage and familiarizing them with their rooms and hotel amenities.
Organize, store, and retrieve guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
Supervise daily team operations, including scheduling, training, and coaching, to foster an engaged and high-performing team.
Provide regular updates to the team to ensure they are well-informed about hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
Assist with the upkeep and functionality of bell carts, communication devices, and other related equipment.
