The Role of Business Analyst

Naseej is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a strong background in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in preparing business documentation, developing user stories, and identifying process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and identify improvements.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, process flows).
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Product Owners.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN).
• Excellent skills in user stories, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is a plus.
