About the Business Analyst Role

alfanar is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting decision-making and improving business performance through comprehensive data analysis, market research, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, sector studies, and competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends, business opportunities, and potential risks.
• Analyze business performance and operational data to generate actionable insights and support management decision-making.
• Prepare analytical reports, management presentations, and executive summaries, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards to monitor key business indicators, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements, data, and supporting information, ensuring alignment on analytical initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of analyses, methodologies, and business cases, ensuring data integrity and adherence to standards.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and management.

Role Accountabilities

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets within defined schedules and efficient resource utilization.
• Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
