About the Business Development Associate Role

Agility is seeking a Business Development Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This full-time role is instrumental in driving growth and market expansion across the region. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Strategic Objectives

The Business Development Associate will serve as a key contributor within the business development team, focusing on identifying, researching, and qualifying high-value opportunities. This role supports strategic decision-making and contributes to localization and expansion goals aligned with KSA's Vision 2030, particularly within critical sectors such as Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers, and Logistics.

Market Intelligence and Opportunity Qualification

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and qualification to identify expansion opportunities within core target sectors (Logistics, Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers).
  • Develop detailed market scans, competitor benchmarks, and macroeconomic trend analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Pitch and Proposal Management

  • Draft high-impact briefing notes, pitch decks, and commercial proposals, collaborating closely with design teams to ensure polished, client-ready deliverables.
  • Provide end-to-end support for complex commercial proposals and strategic pilots.

Pipeline Management and Operations

  • Manage and update business development follow-up tracking systems, ensuring all post-meeting action items are executed seamlessly.
  • Develop and maintain meticulous stakeholder maps to track key decision-makers and influential figures across public and private sectors in KSA.
  • Coordinate inputs and data across various Operating Companies (OpCos) to synthesize a unified, consolidated view of the organization's business development pipeline.

Candidate Profile and Professional Attributes

The ideal candidate is an agile professional with 2-5 years of experience, capable of translating complex market data into actionable insights and managing key stakeholder relationships. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment while supporting the company's localization and expansion objectives.
