We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh, contributing directly to our growth and customer success in one of the region's most important industrial markets.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our Drives business throughout Saudi Arabia. This involves identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and strategically positioning Danfoss as the preferred partner for variable frequency drive solutions. Your work will directly contribute to business growth and customer success within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share for Danfoss Drives in Saudi Arabia within assigned verticals, including Heavy Industries, Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, and Marine & Electrification.
• Build and strengthen relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners to identify new business opportunities and secure services business from the existing install-base.
• Promote Danfoss drive solutions by providing technical and commercial support that assists customers in improving operational performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and application teams to develop customer-focused solutions and win strategic projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify opportunities and support sustainable business growth.

Candidate Profile

This position is suited for a commercially minded Electrical Engineer who possesses a strong combination of technical expertise and a drive for developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating long-term customer value and contributing to market expansion.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating a proven track record in business development or a related commercial role within the industrial sector.
