Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is expanding its food delivery services across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. We are seeking a Business Process Governance Expert to develop scalable business rules, processes, and governance frameworks. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Business Process Governance Expert will be responsible for enabling operational excellence across various markets by transforming complex business challenges into clear, scalable processes. This involves translating processes into systems, automation, and AI capabilities. The role offers the opportunity to design core frameworks and governance mechanisms that can scale globally, with significant ownership and influence as a senior individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business governance frameworks, including policies, SOPs, compliance standards, exceptions, and escalation mechanisms.
• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes with defined ownership, requirements, controls, and decision points.
• Build standards libraries, information taxonomies, attribute rules, and localized frameworks that balance global consistency with local market requirements.
• Establish version control, release, training, and review mechanisms to ensure standards are clear and consistently applied.
• Translate business rules into structured requirements for products, systems, algorithms, automation, and AI, defining decision logic, inputs, outputs, exception scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Define risk levels, review standards, escalation paths, and exception principles.
• Utilize business data to evaluate rule and process effectiveness, identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, risk reduction, and cost optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, Data, Algorithm, Legal, and Risk teams to align standards and ensure successful implementation across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability as a structured problem-solver.
• Experience in developing scalable business rules, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in translating business processes into system, automation, and AI capabilities.
