About the Role

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Capabilities & Insights Analytics Analyst Healthcare to join its consulting teams in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on applying quantitative analyses and AI/ML approaches to develop data-driven solutions and innovative strategies within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with healthcare clients across various sectors, including public bodies, health insurance companies, and providers.
• Utilize project management skills and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Handle, analyze, and model large datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and maintain proprietary platforms and solutions.
• Develop dashboards and ML/AI models using low-code/no-code tools, Python, and visualization tools.
• Prepare and execute client work in collaboration with Data Engineering colleagues, Knowledge and Insights experts, and consulting teams.
• Contribute to building healthcare assets and knowledge, supporting the firm’s proprietary innovation portfolio.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in analytical and quantitative areas.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, driven by a motivation to continuously improve the status quo independently. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels. Willingness and ability to travel to client and McKinsey locations, both within and outside Saudi Arabia, are essential.
