The Role of Engineering Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a qualified Engineering Supervisor to lead a self-directing multi-skilled team. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, is central to providing essential engineering and maintenance services. The supervisor will ensure that all process engineering operations and services consistently meet internal customer requirements and adhere to management performance standards, while also upholding defined safety and quality standards across all operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a self-directing multi-skilled team.
• Provide comprehensive engineering and maintenance services.
• Ensure all process engineering operations and services meet internal customer requirements.
• Maintain adherence to management performance standards for all engineering activities.
• Guarantee that all operations activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a large process industry.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

• Good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of advanced/automated meat process equipment.
• Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of utility equipment, including Steam, Refrigeration, Air, Water, Electrical Distribution, Gear motors, and Vacuum Pumps.
