About Think AI

Think AI is engaged in developing a hardware-aware AI orchestration platform designed to deliver datacenter-grade AI compute capabilities within sovereign environments, emphasizing efficiency and ease of use. The company also creates a deep-tech orchestration system that abstracts complex training, fine-tuning, and inference workflows into a single adaptive layer, tightly integrated with GPU hardware to maximize efficiency, performance, and control. Founded in Riyadh, Think AI is currently scaling its operations and building a strong team.

The Role of Channel Partner Manager

This full-time position for a Channel Partner Manager is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is central to establishing and managing Think AI's channel partner program. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for overseeing existing strategic channel partnerships and recruiting new resellers, distributors, and system integrators across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and selected global markets. A key objective is to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring that every partner is fully enabled to effectively sell Think AI solutions. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the channel strategy across KSA, MENA, and select global markets, including decisions on partner recruitment, investment, and management.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators, both regionally and globally.
  • Develop the partner program structure, covering tiers, margins, deal registration, Market Development Funds (MDF), certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with each strategic partner, holding them accountable to joint plans and revenue targets.
  • Drive partner enablement through technical training, sales certifications, demo environments, and joint customer engagements.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
  • Act as the bridge between channel partners and Think AI's direct sales team, ensuring deal protection and clean handoffs.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or alliance roles within the AI, GPU, server, or cloud ecosystem. Preference for candidates with experience from an HPC vendor, an AI international vendor, or a hyperscaler.
  • Demonstrated local or regional experience at a leading hardware, hyperscale, or AI company, specifically in running a channel or partner organization.
  • Proven track record of building partner-sourced revenue at scale.
  • Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing channel relationships across KSA, MENA, and globally.
  • Experience in designing or implementing a formal partner program from its inception.
  • Background in SaaS or enterprise software channel programs, particularly as Think AI plans to offer ILM as a standalone software product.
  • Prior experience within a startup transitioning from an early to a growth stage.
