About the Role

Avsar Global is seeking an experienced Channel Accounts Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to managing and developing high-volume AV and ELV project opportunities across Jeddah and the broader Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.

Role Overview and Market Focus

The Channel Accounts Manager will focus on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners to drive project success. This position requires a deep understanding of the local market dynamics within Saudi Arabia, particularly in Jeddah and the Western Region. Candidates must possess relevant AV/ELV system integration and KSA market experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AV/ELV project opportunities across Western Saudi Arabia.
• Manage relationships with system integrators, consultants, MEP contractors, vendors, and partners.
• Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, pricing, and technical requirements for projects.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and technical submissions.
• Track projects from initial specification through execution and handover.
• Support negotiations, project closure, and pipeline reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV and ELV system integration.
• Strong understanding of channel partner projects, tenders, and project-based sales.
• Practical knowledge of AV and ELV technologies, solutions, and project workflows.
• Demonstrated KSA market experience, with a preference for experience in Jeddah or the Western Region.
• Experience with Bills of Quantities (BOQs), proposals, pricing, and technical submittals.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and partner relationships effectively.
