About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking a Channel Team Lead, Hub Delivery to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time leadership position is central to the Amazon Hub Delivery program, focusing on the strategic oversight and guidance of Account Development Executives (ADEs).

Role Overview

The Channel Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) tasked with onboarding and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program. This leadership role combines field execution with strategic vision, ensuring that ADEs achieve activation and performance targets while maintaining Amazon's high delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence within the team.
• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
