The Opportunity: Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Saudi Icon is seeking a Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, providing an opportunity to support site operations and technical tasks. The successful candidate will monitor day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, safety standards, and quality specifications under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior site engineers in supervising daily site execution and contractor activities.
• Review structural drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to understand project requirements prior to execution.
• Inspect site work to ensure alignment with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site foremen and subcontractors to support smooth workflow and daily activity targets.
• Prepare daily site logs, progress summaries, and inspection requests (RFIs/MIRs).
• Monitor on-site material deliveries and verify basic storage and quality conditions.
• Strictly follow and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all assigned site tasks.
• Perform any other job-related duties or tasks assigned by the direct manager, as required by business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with senior engineers and site teams, contributing to various fit-out and construction projects.
