About the Role

Saleh Al-Rajhi & Partners Co. Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves planning, designing, supervising, and managing civil engineering projects to ensure their successful completion. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, review technical specifications, and provide essential engineering expertise across all project phases. This position is critical for maintaining project quality and adherence to regulatory requirements in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents.
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and site activities to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Evaluate project risks and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Support procurement activities by reviewing technical submittals and material specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
