The Co-Founder Role

Haraakah is seeking a Co-Founder to play a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, business growth, and brand positioning. This position involves working closely with existing leadership to scale operations within Saudi Arabia and potentially beyond. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Nurturing key client relationships.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of corporate wellness and sports event programs.
• Leading cross-functional teams.
• Guiding marketing and sales efforts.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to refine services and drive sustainable growth.
• Contributing to financial planning, budgeting, and partnership development, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of promoting physical and mental well-being.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Co-Founder position should possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating a strong background in strategic leadership, business development, and operational scaling within a dynamic environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position. The successful candidate will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working directly with the leadership team to achieve company objectives.
