The Role: Collections Specialist

Al-Menu Co. is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on managing accounts receivable and performing debt and cash collection activities. The role is integral to maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes.
• Perform debt and cash collection activities.
• Monitor outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to reconcile accounts.
• Resolve billing issues and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Support accurate financial reporting.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the collection process.
• Comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Contribute to improving collection processes and overall cash flow management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Relevant experience in collections, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience within the food and beverage or service industry is considered an advantage.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Collections Specialist will be required to work from the company's premises.
