Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the development of the Ilmi commercial model.
• Preparing detailed business cases and formulating revenue and monetisation strategies.
• Identifying and evaluating sponsorship opportunities.
• Developing visitor lifetime value models.
• Conducting comprehensive operating cost analysis.
• Performing financial forecasting and benefits realisation tracking.
• Benchmarking commercial performance against global experience centres and educational institutions.
• Conducting commercial reviews of vendors.
• Supporting executive decision-making through commercial options analysis and investment recommendations.

Experience Required

Candidates for the Commercial Analyst position should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a commercial analysis, financial modeling, or a related analytical role. A strong background in developing commercial models and providing strategic financial insights is essential.
