Role Overview: Commercial Manager Butchery

The Commercial Manager Butchery will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies specifically for fresh meat and butchery categories. This role focuses on driving category performance and ensuring market competitiveness within the Riyadh market.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

Manage category P&L, sales performance, margins, and market share.
Build and maintain relationships with local and international meat suppliers.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, rebates, and promotional support.
Define product assortment, range reviews, and seasonal commercial plans.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer buying behavior.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Drive promotional calendars and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margin.
Analyze category performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in commercial management. A proven track record in fresh meat and butchery categories is essential, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and supplier management skills.
