About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations and drive profitable business growth. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on overseeing commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and client relationships to achieve financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and cost analyses.
Monitor project profitability and financial performance.
Review contracts and identify commercial risks.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Legal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Identify business growth opportunities and improve revenue generation.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial management or a related field. The position requires a proven track record in leading commercial operations and driving business growth.
