About the Role

NTU International A/S is seeking a Communication & Visibility Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position focused on supporting the EU-funded "Egypt Downtown Facility" project. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in relevant communication and visibility functions.

Project Context

NTU International A/S leads a consortium for the proposal preparation of the "Egypt Downtown Facility" project. The primary objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt. This is achieved by providing rapid, flexible, and high-quality technical assistance aligned with jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. The project aims to strengthen policy dialogue, improve program implementation, and reinforce the institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

Responsibilities

Support technical assistance assignments related to communication and visibility.
Contribute to knowledge management and capitalisation efforts.
Assist in the dissemination of project information and results.
Engage in digital communication activities.
Promote EU-funded activities and their outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Non-Key Expert in Communication & Visibility.
5-10 years of professional experience in communication, visibility, knowledge management, or related fields.
Experience with EU-funded projects is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a consortium setting.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work within a consortium led by NTU International A/S, contributing to a significant EU-funded project.
