Community and General Entertainment Integration Manager

About the Role

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Community and General Entertainment Integration Manager to support a major international gaming and esports festival program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role requiring dedicated involvement throughout the program, with an experience range of 5-10 years.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating entertainment activities across festival common areas, fan zones, and community spaces. The role ensures a varied and engaging visitor experience throughout the event by managing main-stage entertainment and delivering large-scale, multi-week event programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate entertainment programming across festival common areas, main stages, and community spaces.
• Develop multi-week entertainment calendars, including live performances, fan activities, community events, and special programming.
• Create engaging experiences for diverse audiences, including gaming fans, families, and general visitors.
• Design and manage rotating entertainment content to maintain audience engagement throughout the festival.
• Coordinate main-stage programming, weekly highlights, and major entertainment moments.
• Develop practical programming plans covering audience capacity, visitor throughput, space requirements, and staffing.
• Collaborate with event planning, production, venue operations, and technical delivery teams.
• Manage program schedules, content updates, and live-event changes.
• Ensure entertainment activities align with wider festival programming and operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in live entertainment and festival programming.
• Demonstrated experience creating engaging community experiences.
• Experience managing main-stage entertainment and delivering large-scale, multi-week event programs.
• Availability to be onsite in Riyadh during the required festival operating periods in July–August and November 2027.

Working Arrangements

Two potential working arrangements are available for this contract role:

• Riyadh-based: Working from the project office, with relocation and visa support subject to agreed terms.
• Remote-based: Working Sunday to Thursday on Riyadh business hours, with required travel to Saudi Arabia.
