About the Concierge Agent Role

The Concierge Agent, based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Rooms Department, is responsible for delivering personalized, proactive, and professional service to guests. This full-time role involves handling requests, arranging transportation and reservations, and providing expert local recommendations. The Concierge Agent acts as a key ambassador for the hotel, ensuring memorable guest experiences and maintaining operational records in line with Mandarin Oriental standards. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and adhere to all policies and procedures related to Safe, Sound, and Sustainable practices at Mandarin Oriental.
• Ensure compliance with the MOHG Social Media Policy regarding content published on any social media platform.
• Maintain a zero-tolerance stance on all forms of harassment or discrimination, including those based on gender, disability, race, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, or marital status.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by management, related to hotel operational activities.
• Engage in focused conversations with guests to identify their personal preferences.
• Proactively anticipate and fulfill the complete requirements of each guest to ensure a unique and memorable experience.
• Act as a hotel ambassador at all times.
• Maintain awareness of fire and evacuation procedures related to the Concierge Desk.
• Maintain the logbook at the Concierge Desk for handover between shifts.
• Maintain records for all guest transportation bookings and share information with the butler.
