About the COOP Training Program

Bain & Company Saudi Arabia offers a COOP Training Program in Riyadh, designed for students seeking firsthand exposure to strategy consulting. This internship provides an opportunity to work directly with consultants on real client projects, gaining practical experience in a professional environment. Participants receive a monthly salary throughout the program.

Program Responsibilities and Learning

Trainees will join a case team and contribute to client engagements. Key responsibilities and learning areas include:

• Conducting research and executing analyses to identify issues and interpret data.
• Contributing to client interactions and helping deliver final outputs.
• Owning specific parts of projects and collaborating with the team to solve complex problems.
• Engaging with expert consultants to gain insights into the consulting profession.

Program Structure and Development

The program begins with one week of induction training, followed by assignment to a real case team. Trainees will be paired with a mentor who will guide their development in areas such as research, analysis, and client engagement. The program focuses on sharpening professional expertise and building a personal network within Bain and its alumni community. Successful interns may receive invitations for interviews or offers for an Associate Consultant position.

Eligibility Requirements

This program is open to current Saudi bachelor’s students enrolled in universities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be required to complete a COOP training as part of their studies before graduation and meet their school/course eligibility criteria. All academic disciplines and degrees are welcome.
