About the Role

GEN PLUS Group is seeking a Creative Director to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing innovative concepts and creative solutions for automotive brands across various platforms, including digital, social media, integrated campaigns, content production, retail, and experiential marketing. The Creative Director will work alongside creative, strategy, account management, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts and campaigns for key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Translate client briefs and strategic insights into compelling creative ideas.
• Provide creative direction across copy, art direction, content, film, and social media.
• Present creative ideas to senior clients.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams and freelance talent.
• Ensure work is culturally relevant for Saudi audiences while maintaining international creative standards.
• Collaborate with strategy, production, and account teams from concept through delivery.
• Maintain creative quality and consistency across multiple projects and channels.
• Stay informed on Saudi cultural trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Established Creative Director with significant agency experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work and integrated creative campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience working with major KSA brands and clients.
• Experience across digital, social, content, and integrated campaigns.
• Ability to transform client briefs into compelling creative ideas.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment and presenting directly to senior stakeholders.
