The Customer Care Officer Role

Creative Closets is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients both before and after product installation. The role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide timely responses and accurate information regarding products, services, and project status.
Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions and case statuses in internal systems.
Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution.
Contribute to the improvement of service processes and the overall customer experience.
Support sales and after-sales activities, including confirming orders and scheduling visits.
Reinforce the brand’s commitment to precision and quality service in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in a customer care or support role.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Care Officer will work directly with clients and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
