The Role of Customer Platform Architect

The Customer Platform Architect will support customers in deploying their on-premise infrastructure for Filigran products. This role involves conducting regular health checks and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements. The Customer Platform Architect ensures proper infrastructure sizing for new on-premise customers, adapts deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and guarantees the reliability of this infrastructure to support customer threat management operations. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through platform deployment, assisting in the design, implementation, and configuration based on their needs.
• Manage customer infrastructure issues by diagnosing, resolving, and anticipating technical problems.
• Conduct on-demand platform health checks to assess performance and resilience, recommending improvements.
• Ensure technical documentation of the architecture is written and updated, making it clear and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Product team to integrate architectural needs and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts and address design requests.

Team and Collaboration

The Customer Platform Architect (CPA) for the Middle East will be part of the KSA team and report to the global manager of the CPA function. This role requires close and continuous collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams.
