About Tabby and the Role

Tabby (تَابِي) is a rapidly expanding financial technology company operating across the GCC region. We enable customers to manage their purchases through flexible payment solutions, including Buy Now, Pay Later options. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to our mission of serving millions of customers. The salary for this position ranges from SAR 6,000 to SAR 7,500 per month.

Role Overview

This role involves providing direct support to Tabby's customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Customer Service Representatives are integral to maintaining high service standards by accurately addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues. The position requires adherence to established guidelines and the use of provided tools to deliver prompt and correct assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective customer support across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, in both English and Arabic.
  • Accurately answer customer questions and efficiently resolve problems to ensure a positive service experience.
  • Adhere to clear operational guidelines and utilize designated tools to assist customers promptly and accurately.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a minimum English proficiency of B2 level.
  • Comfort and flexibility with 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • A helpful demeanor and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • A quick learning ability and a serious, professional approach to work.

Work Environment

This is an office-based position in Riyadh, requiring the ability to work within a schedule of 24/7 rotational shifts. Tabby is committed to providing its team members with the necessary tools, support, and opportunities for professional development within a growing company.
