Role Overview

The Customer Service Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels. This role involves close coordination with internal departments to facilitate efficient problem resolution and contribute to an enhanced overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries effectively via telephone and other communication platforms.
• Receive and manage customer complaints, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor quality feedback and ensure prompt handling of customer observations and concerns.
• Coordinate with the technical department to track technical cases and provide customers with timely updates.
• Follow up on customer requests and assess satisfaction levels after service delivery.
• Document all inquiries and reports accurately within the system and prepare necessary reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
• Prior experience within companies specializing in kitchens, cabinets, doors, or projects is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
